Hethpool house is set in absolutely stunning countryside close to the border with Scotland. I stayed there in March and there was still snow on the mountains. It is very remote and peaceful with the most fabulous hosts and delicious home-cooked meals. I can't wait for my next visit!
This place is a haven for anyone who enjoys walkin in what has to be some of the finest countryside the UK has to offer. If you enjoy relaxing breaks then this place is for you, if you enjoy good food then this place is for you and if you enjoy top hospitality then this place is for you. The house is suberp, packed with period features from the early 20th century including a super overhead shower. Can't reconmmend this place highly enough!! (Mustn't forget the terrific breakfast, top notch stuff!)
